The Reebok aerobic step, called The Reebok 5 Step, is known as the Reebok 5 Step because it easily adjusts to 5 different levels / heights. Those different levels are:
- 6"
- 7"
- 8"
- 9" and
- 10" (I can feel the burn just thinking about stepping to 10 inches!)
The Reebok aerobic step has a soft, non-slip stepping surface for reduced impact and increased safety during exercising. The feet of the Reebok aerobic step are also non-slip to further ensure safety and to protect the floor from scratches and dents.

The number one feature of the Reebok aerobic step is it allows the user to choose from 5 different workout levels and it is very easily adjusted so you can quickly change your workout level in the middle of a session.
Like most of this type of equipment, its next to impossible to find someone selling it really cheap. Everyone is selling it for the same price so as always we you buy from the manufacturer when possible
