The Denise Austin Stepper (more correctly the "Denise Austin Mini Stepper") is not really an elliptical trainer but it is a very cheap, foldable alternative. The Denise Austin Stepper has rigid dual action arms, providing stability and an upper body workout. The Denise Austin Stepper even has a basic display console.

Overall
Exercise on a budget. That's what this machine is all about. Of course walking is cheaper, but if your walking in the snow, rain or blistering sun I don't think you'll be thinking about the savings you are making.
Its not the best machine but it is the best in its price range.
