a device. And on these occasions, writing eliptical trainer reviews is a lot

The Spartan Sports Elliptical has a smooth and low impact motion that is great for fat burning without unnecessarily pounding your joints at the same time. It also has dual action arms and a console but what we like is the ear and finger pulse monitor. Some other machines have a grip monitor but they don't have the same freedom.

A good smooth machine that really is an elliptical but still affordable. Even better considering you get a finger and ear pulse monitor, oddly an unusual feature on home machines despite being nearly standard in health clubs.
A lot of companies sell the Spartan because it is a good machine. Here are the best ones but unfortunately everyone sells it for the same price.
