Overall

The Eclipse is quite similar to its cheaper sibling, the Eclipse 1000 except it has a better computer with several different programming possibilities and its a little heavier. Now, if you can afford the few extra dollars, get this machine over the Eclipse 1000 because the different exercise programs will act as a great motivator. It will introduce goals, achievement and discipline to your regiment. Additionally, the target heart rate programs will increase your body awareness.
