The Stamina Premium is a magnetic resistance type eliptical, meaning it is smooth and quiet. Typically it also has dual action arms. But this machine is in the mid to upper price range and has a few extra features to compensate.

Overall
A smooth machine with a nice long stride length. This machine is about as good as it gets without getting in-built workout programs like you find on the Proform Ellipticals. It looks nice and is light enough that you can wheel it around.
